Two days ago, I was advised to download the latest updates for Skype. I did this and found all my contacts had been erased. I have spent many hours trying to recover and there is no place on Skype that can help me. Is there any one in cyberspace who can solve this problem? Also, does anyone know how to contact support, either live or on Chat?
I should have made more research before dealing with them. But knowing that they are partnering with Skype made me feel comfortable. I hope there's a way for us to report them to the authorities as more and more people are being victimized.
