I wish I had seen this board before ordering. One would think that if Skype directs you to a vendor that it would be reputable. Ordered on March 22 2012 two of the same items. One was shipped within 2 weeks (which is a very long time in comparison) the other has still not been shipped after 39 days. After repeated emails with no response except "kindly accept our apologies for the delay" I called American Express to cancel the charge. Once I did that I get an email that said it has been shipped. Mind you that I ordered the exact same thing from Amazon and two days later it was delivered. What kind of company does not list a phone number on their website or emails?? Also what kind of company charges your card through a third party company that is questionable in itself (Moneybookers out of UK)??? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I purchased the Chat and Vision TelyHD on April 28th, got the notice of billing from Moneybookers, but no confirmation on the order! I have nothing to trace. When I go on the Chat and Vision website to fill out a request form, I am asked for an order number. I don't know what that is. How do I trace this thing? For $245 + expedided shipping, I would think there would be better customer contact.
I have had similar experience. I ordered on the 17th of April 2012 and still have not got any sense out of them and it is now the 8th May 2012. The address in Coventry is probably just an accommodation address with little or no responsibility overall. i urge anyone having trouble with this company to contact the Trading Standards Office in Coventry who are opening an enquiry in to this company. I think this number goes through to an office in Hong Kong. I telephoned and was told there would be an hour long wait. If i didn't want to wait then call back in an hour, the system would recognise my number and put me back to the front of the list
I have a similar experience . iPad 3 ordered 17th April 2012, still not delivered 8th May.Coventry Trading Standards on 02476832571 are opening an enquiry into this company.
I have just received an email from Trading Standards at Coventry. The address in Coventry no longer has any connection to Chat and Vision.It seems that they do not have an office in GB.So it looks as though all telephone contact and all e mails go to Hong Kong.
