I wish I had seen this board before ordering. One would think that if Skype directs you to a vendor that it would be reputable. Ordered on March 22 2012 two of the same items. One was shipped within 2 weeks (which is a very long time in comparison) the other has still not been shipped after 39 days. After repeated emails with no response except "kindly accept our apologies for the delay" I called American Express to cancel the charge. Once I did that I get an email that said it has been shipped. Mind you that I ordered the exact same thing from Amazon and two days later it was delivered. What kind of company does not list a phone number on their website or emails?? Also what kind of company charges your card through a third party company that is questionable in itself (Moneybookers out of UK)??? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I purchased the Chat and Vision TelyHD on April 28th, got the notice of billing from Moneybookers, but no confirmation on the order! I have nothing to trace. When I go on the Chat and Vision website to fill out a request form, I am asked for an order number. I don't know what that is. How do I trace this thing? For $245 + expedided shipping, I would think there would be better customer contact.
