It seems to me that I've made the same mistake and did not thoroughly check chatandvision reviews in the Skype community. I ordered a cell phone from them and expected my item to shipped within 1 week after my payment processed. Nope, not that lucky. It's been 2 weeks now and my order is still processing. I'm just wondering how long it takes to process and ship item if it's in stock? Every e-mail have been replied with vague response. Done a lot of online shopping and this is a first time I can see such a delay.
Today asked to cancel my order and refund me money. Will see what's going to happen next.

My order with Chat&Vision is still under "processing" after more than one month now... after a couple of vague emails from them and no progress on my order, I have claimed a refund on their website, but have not heard of them since them. I feel terribly frustrated and can't help blaming Skype for this partnership they have with Chat&Vision.... it was the reason I trusted that website in the first place and now I feel completely powerless to recover my money...

Skype offered a 30% discount on Chat and Vision's "FaceVsion TouchCam V1 x 1" for those upgrading to a Premium subscription. I assumed that, like everything else from Skype, I would pay using Skype Credit, so I bought sufficient credits (in $25 increments) to cover the upgrade and the webcam. I then discovered that I would have to use a credit card for the webcam, which I did. I requested a refund of two $25 credits from Skype. Their response was prompt and the refunded the $50. However, I'm having the same problem as everyone else with my Chat and Vision order (still "processing" after 10 days, and automated response only to my status request).
It seems to me that, in offering a discounted product as an incentive to upgrade, Skype should accept ownership of the problems Skype members have had dealing with the product's vendor. I assumed, initially, that Skype was the reseller of the product. Then, when I saw it was another organization, I assumed that at the very least Skype had vetted them and had thereby endorsed them.
If only to protect their reputation, I believe Skype should compensate those who are being swindled by Chat and Vision. They should also sever their relationship with them and issue an apology to all those affected.
Chat and Vision or chatandvison are ripp offs, i purchased a skype phone from them, it arrived faulty and so I sent it back straight away.
They acknowledged reciept of package but 6 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund !... i have emailed countless times and every reply i get seems automated and never gives me the answers to the questions i am asking.

My webcam order arrived about a week ago. It works perfectly. It seems that Chat & Vision's main problem may just be that their Web site doesn't communicate order status very clearly. They did send me one message. It was politely worded and, as it turned out, honest. Better than that, in fact, as the package arrived about three days earlier than the message said it would.
So, I must take myself out of the category of those who have had an unpleasant experience with them. I hope those who are having problems are able to resolve them.
I bought Nokia N9 from Chat and Vision on 30 March. Now it is in order proccessing. I send a email but they don't reply. Hope Skype do something with Chat and Vision that no one else makes a mistake like me
