I was wondering how long I'll wait for my headphones. I'm having a bad experience with Chat and Vision. Too bad a company as good as SKYPE be involved with such incapacity and neglect of the client. I bought my phone on 16/11/11. The same came to me with a huge delay, on 03/01/12. And on top arrived damaged. I returned the phone to chat and Vision, The RMA accuses the post office that has already been delivered since 18/01. And is there today, I have no news of it. Whether or not my problem is simple, the headphones come damaged, certify it and exchange for another, case closed. How long will last this novel? I expected more efficiency and professionalism of CHAT and Vision. I do not recommend to anyone, unless you want a big headache. Data: RMA Number 1002 Order Number: xxxxxxxxx

I agree 100% ChatandVision is an awful company to deal with, I ordered a skype GE phone when is arrived it was missing a back and batteries, I contacted Chatandvision within 10 minites of receiving the package. I asked for the missing parts to be sent! it took over a week for them to decide I needed to send the whole package back, and then would take a further 3-10 days from receipt. I'm house bound with a broken leg so they agreed to collect the package. Another week then a call from DHL asking me to print of AWB etc because the parcel needs to go to HONG KONG. wtf the RMA had a uk address hmmm gatwick airport.
so no help a missing back has given me so much grief (15 e-mails) each taking a day to respond to.
I now want a full refund, I guess another battle....
SYKPE what are you doing dealing with this company the HK address a a 7th floor flat? in the very dodgy electrical market in Kowloon I've been there!
It is shameful how the Chat and Vision deals with customers. I just do not understand how Skype gets involved with a company of this. The difference in quality between the two is striking. But we are on track echoes, we have to show to everyone as they do, and perhaps thus be treated seriously. Only spending on sending RMA has already spent U.S. $ 28.00 + +. And honestly, I do not have much hope of being repaid, because not even gave me back my headphones (and is one of the items in the policy of the RMA Chat and Vision). But one thing at least is my duty to show the community the service of this company to others not to fall into the same trap.
