Can you tell if somebody is already in a conversation with somebody else?

Hey.

Okay, is there any way that you can find out if the person is currently talking on Skype to somebody else? Not a specific person - just anybody.

Like, I think.. when I call them and it doesn't ring and it just says "Call dropped", does that mean that the person is currently in a call? Cause at the moment, it only says "Call dropped" when they are in a conversation, or it might just be a coincidence (They use iPhone App). (Microphone and/or cam, not typing).

If they're on a call and they decline your call, you should get a "busy" response.  If they just let it ring you should get "no answer."

Unfortunately, there's no way at this time to tell if someone is already on a Skype call before you try to call them.
