Can't get into Skype

Used Skype now for about 6 months.

Been away, tried to get into Skype and it says Skype Home Page Not available and will not let me ring anyone.

Used my Notebook and can speak to people (been Skyping on this whilst I was away so possibly this upgraded).

Has there been an upgrade that I missed or something?

I did look through some suggestions...but nothing seems to be making a difference.

One thing that may actually make a difference is that you make sure that your Skype is Online. Is the connection status icon (the one left of your name) solid green with a white checkmark inside? Try to change the status using the dropdown arrow next to this icon.
