Can´t find ANY contacts

When I search for contacts no matches are found. Never had this problem before, it used to find people all over the world. Now when I try, there´s a new box there with; username, fullname, tel.number...etc... The last time I searched for a contact it was the old method, and it worked fine. Anyone know what the problem is?

What happens if you enter a name like John in the Full Name search box? Are you getting any results?

No, it comes up 0 matches found, regardless of any country I search

sorry 1 match found if I type John in skype username, nothing if I type in Fullname., but there´s more than 1 John on skype, that´s a sure thing!!

I am having the same problem. Can't find any contacts. As soon as I start entering a name in the 'Full Name' in the "Add a Contact" screen, the system starts searching and always comes up with "No contact found".

I have Skype V 5.5.0.124

About a week ago some Skype users were experiencing a similar problem:

The problem was resolved after a day or two. Maybe you are experiencing now a similar issue. Nothing is wrong with your Skype. The problem is with Skype network.
