Can I call +882 number from skype somehow????

Hello,

Can anyone please tell me if I can call +882 number from skype. This area code is for international networks and skype tells me that it is not possible to dial this number at this time... Is there any possibility to dial this number from skype?

There are some higher end 8xx numbers that aren't supported in Skype.  Unfortunately, if Skype is telling you it can't be dialed, it can't be dialed.
