Caller ID number

I have changed mobile numbers from one India city to another.  I want to change my caller id number for calls back to the USA but can not receive the sms code from the old number.  A message was sent to have this done but my account still shows the former number.  Can this be done while I am signed in?

How can I speak with a csr to handle this directly as would be done with any other company?
