Got an information that my Skype credit expires if I will not use Skype. When I log to Skype it sends me to Teems where there is no way to call. 1. What will happen with my credit?2. Can I call a non-member of Teems using my old Skype credit?

I've reactive credits for skype and I've also received the email when it's done. However when I visit the web page "calling.web.skype.com" or click the skype dial pad in teams , it was redirected to another page showed that "you don't have any active paid products right now", and there were only two options left, "go to teams" which directed me back to teams again, or "access your account" which led me to skype page but I still couldn't make any call.

Hello,monday i did get teams for tranfser all my chats and contact. What I saw, that day all chats and contacts where available. Today I open teams and the chats and contacts are gone. How can that be.kind regards

Hi,I had some credit remaining on my Skype account, which I could use by calling from https://calling.web.skype.com/. It worked fine a week ago, but today all I see is the message, "You don't have any active paid products." I can't find any information about my remaining credit on my account either. Is there any way to recover what I have left and possibly use it for calls from the Skype pad?Thanks.

Is there a phone number I can call to find out which account has my skype? I have a paid Mastercard bill for Skype but it does not give any information. I have signed into my 2 different hotmail accounts and found "no subscriptions" or payments - so I am at a loss. Any ideas?

Greetings!I am signed into MS Teams and have the Skype dial pad open. I can make outgoing calls but have not been able to receive calls to my Skype number. This is a problem since I have listed this number for authentication purposes on a few of my accounts. To correct the problem, I deleted the MS Teams app on my phone and reinstalled it again. I signed back in again to MS Teams and into the Skype dial pad but still no luck. This has been the case ever since Skype transitioned to MS Teams last month. My Skype subscription for the number renewed last October.Please advise.Thank you.S

I'm trying to delete my Skype data because I'm not interested in moving to Teams and it gives me an error message that says: "It's not you, it's us" (in Spanish) How can I proceed?
