use multiple online numbers in one skype account at the same time?

Hello.

I want to set three online numbers in one skype account(2 for German, 1 for Hongkong) and forward  them to my callcenter number.

My question is: when someone is talking with me through one online number, what will happen  another people call me(through another online number in my skype account) at the same time? it will be unavailable or be hold?  ^^

Hello Bruce_zhao ,

Although a Skype Client can be set to have more than one online number associated with it.  That scenario has a major drawback, namely it can only connect with one call at a time.

A solution for your issue can be found by using a PBX with Skype Manager and Skype Connect.  For clarification, a PBX is simply a phone system what will allow you to connect to more than one phone line at a time.  I am going to give you a couple links that should answer most of your questions on the two products I've mentioned above.

I have two on-line numbers within my Skype account.

How can I set it up to see from what on-line number a call is coming? I ask, since the two numbers are associated with different businesses.

If you use PrettyMay Call Center for Skype to set up a Skype based call center, you can have multiple incoming/outbound calls at the same time, and just one Skype online number required.

How will I know what number did the caller used to call.

I am confused in using both numbers since 2 numbers are form different department.
