my skype sign in problem

i have set up my skype "always online" on my ipad. But a few days ago, it came up to "sign in" page. Unfortunately i forgot my password because of not using it for too long. After entering too many times wrong password, it showed me "Account: DB_IN_USE. So i reset my password from Skype website. But it didnt worked and came up to "AccountB_IO_ERROR".

PLS help.
