create account for Netherlands

We've opened an office in the Netherlands.  I am in the US.  I am trying to create an account for them in Skype Manager.  However it will only let me enter a US address.  If I use a US address, it won't let me create Netherlands Online Numbers.  

How do I create an account for the Netherlands?

You might want to look into Skype Manager. It's designed for bussinesses all around the world and you shouldn't have any problem setting it up with a US Address. Hope this helps, if not let me know and I'll find anothe solution for you.
