my skype was working just fine the day before and when i went to call my husband on video call it wouldn't hang up the call when i tried hanging it up it would not hang up, and when i tried logging out it did but the ringing would not stop even after i had logged off. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and it still will not work. HELP!
