Where can I make a complaint? Chat support was rude and exited before resolving my issue [ Edited ]

Hi, I have an issue with the credit I purchased for my skype manager. My main account and business is registered in the UK, skype manager for some reason decided to set the default currency for my account in Euro, when it should have been GBP. When I purchased the credit I noticed that it was converted to Euro. So I went back to change my skype manager settings, and the credit amount was again converted using the exchange rate. Therefore without even making one phone call, my skype credit went from £10, to £8.111 I think this is absolutely disgraceful and when I contacted chat support the representative didn't even bother to try and find a resolution. After 10 mins of waiting for a response, gave me a cheeky response and exited. i would like to complain directly to Skype, but I have been unable to find a complaint process nor email to send it to. Any help would be appreciated. Tim

Skype authority should respect the Fair Usage Policy as they have mentioned

Not only that they don't respect the fair policy as they have said. I've 10000 minutes a month, 360 minutes limit par day but once it reached 250/260 minutes then no more call for the day. I've contact to the service client, they have no answer except saying that you have finished your day limit 361 minutes, but my Skype account showing 250+ minutes and I showed her details call, and asking her to logon to my account and check it if they don't believe me but she only saying all the times that "your day limit 361 minutes is over». I asked a proof of that, any document details but she refused to give any. So that is a totally dishonestly with the client, sorry to say that. My subscription cost me 43,11 Euros for a month (unlimited call??). Moreover I usually use 200/240+ minute a day generally, one day I just reached the 250+ minutes and I see Skype real business policy. I even doubt that they will give me complete one month as my contract says. Any way that is one time business policy I suppose.

I'm having a problem with the downloading of skype onto my mom's PC. I went to chat with a person and was cut off. I along with other people are getting pissed off with you guys not having a number for a live person. We need to have this issue resolved in efficient manner and not be yanked like **bleep**en dogs. I have been trying for months to complain to skype about the frequency of cold-calls on my number. Virtually all my payments are wasted by cold-callers, calling me!

You cannot 'call' skype (which is ironic) and whenever you try to leave feedback Skype always reports that you have no internet connection???? nothing goes out!!!

Everything as software updated (I believe) and working ok. I do not like the idea that you can never talk to anyone at Skype....

I am on the same page. I am really furious and it's over $1.67 (who cares) but Skype's SMS option is ridiculous. While it says explicitly "send SMS" who would ever think that you cannot receive? What am I paying for? What a waste of money and time and yes their representatives are slightly sarcastic and I felt like I was talking to a teenager which just made me more angry. The representative said I could set up my mobile # to receive SMS...but that defeats the purpose as then my international contacts would be paying international fees for SMS? Plus, that is not stated ANYWHERE on the main page of SMS how could someone figure that out? Further, why not just make a quick blurb or bold, italicize or underline "send" so you won't have complaints AFTER. So deceiving!!!! I seriously can't stand Skype worst customer service and biggest deception I have seen from a company in my whole life. Further, I clearly unchecked the DO NOT CHARGE ME 10 DOLLARS if I go under 2 dollars, and somehow I am auto set on recharging. Screw that! Ugh Skype. Lame Lame LAME! I finally want to spend money on you and you have to go and be horrible.

I'm having a similar problem - I think because the skype page has failed to load properly - it has loaded a difference currency two times without me wanting it.

As a result I've now gone from £10 to £9.23 balance. This is a technical issue with this page posting data wrongly. Skype please can you investigate and rectify?
