Subscriptions

I purchased a subsription, logged in to my Skype window and tried to make a call to the country I have a subsription. I called using the dial pad and I get a reply that I have not enough credits. I can not get an answer from Skype to tell me what I am doing wrong. Please help, very frustrating.

I have the same situation. My subscription renewed automatically last Wednesday and I do not have any minutes to make calls
