Skype Connect - where is the service deliverable

we are located in Greece - can we receive and use Skype Connect in our Headquarters?

How are outbound calls carged?

Skype Connect is available across the world to anyone with an IP enabled phone system.

If you do not have an analogue or ISDN phone system then you will need a gateway to link your phones to Skype.

Once in place you will be able to make or receive a Skype call from any phone connected to that phone system.

Charges are based on the destination you are calling and not the location your calling from. To give you more accurate info we would need to know which locations you intend to call. 

Skype Connect can be tricky to set up but once done you should see some serious cost savings as well as increased functionality from services such as online numbers and click to call.

Skype Connect is designed to work with SIP devices (RFC3261) to “provide connectivity between your business and the Skype community”. 

With our service, it is highly recommended that Skype Connect certified devices be used. The certified devices guarantee that all features and functions work with Skype Connect.  A list of the certified equipment can be found on the link below:

Also, Skype Connect is a ‘pay as you go’ service using Skype Credit (that is attached to the SIP profile) for outgoing calls.  Pricing information can be found at:

To receive incoming calls you can purchase an Online number, if available in Greece.  The current price for Online numbers is $6.30/month USD.  Another option for incoming calls is to attach a Skype business account to your SIP profile.  This will allow for Skype client users to call your SIP enabled device.
