Problems with Usage Report download Skype Manager

Going on for 3 business days, able to download usage reports for only 3 out of 6 users.  Getting this error message on the other 3 users:

We're having technical problems. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again after a few minutes.

Thank you.

 

Is the facility for downloading usage reports for selected users (more than one user at a time) under development?  As a minimum, Skype Manager should allow download of the entire report to date in a .csv format so that we the end users can manipulate the data to meet our requirement.

 

Any workaround suggestions from other users would be much appreciated.

I have the exact same problem with one of my users when I try to download his usage report.  I've emailed support and all they suggest is clearing out the cache.  I tried and it didn't solve the issue.

Thank you.  It helps some to know that you're not the only one experiencing this problem.  In attempting to resolve the issue, I went through the 'clearing the cache', restarting the browser, using other browsers:  Chrome, Firefox, Maxthon, and Safari, and trying it on a PC that is outside our network with the same results.  What gets me is that it affects only certain users and not all in the group.

 

Last thing I heard from the 3 support agents I was chatting with is that the Development Group is working on it.  In the meantime, all we can do is wait.

Same problem here. Only 2 users of my account have this issue but the rest are all good. i guess I'll have to wait too. I've been having this problem since Sunday, tho. :sad:

Also having this issue here. I have 15 users and only a few are able to get usage reports.

I have noticed that I am able to get reporting on my lighter users, but my heavier users are inaccessible.

This is the case for me as well.  I can get reports for my light use users, but for my users who use credit daily, I can't download a usage report.

Developers, a little help? It's been a week now...My boss is really annoying and he's terribly pissed over this. Is there anything we can do to get those reports?

It's now Monday, end of day. I have been waiting for over a week for these reports. All I get is the run around from the support team. I signed up for this service, specifically for the reporting. They refuse to provide any type of ETA, service credit, or anything else. I have never seen such poor responsiveness from any company, let along a large company that is flush with money. Skype, if you're listening, how about some help, before you start seeing mass cancellations.
