I am set up as a Skype Manager and created unique profiles for each of our staff giving them a profile using our company name (name_companyname). One of our staff members has now left the company and I have deleted them from the Skype Manager Members List but the profile still appears when I do a search for their name. I need this to be deleted from all of Skype so people do not think the ex-staff member still works here. Can someone point me in the right direction of how to do this. I have assigned him no credits and he only has about 5 contacts (all of them internal anyway).
Skype names tend to be persistent and I suspect user names created through Skype Manager enjoy that same feature. I suggest you log a support report on this.
