Can't create new accounts in Manager

I can not create a new account for my employee within my Skype Manager.  I've followed all the steps correctly.  I get the the end of the page after entering all information correctly, and page reds "creating account this may take a few minutes", then next page loads and reads "0 accounts were created". ???? 

 

I tried chat support 3 times, but they keep giving me the instructions from the manual that I have been following. They also suggested it was my web browswer which isn't the issue because I installed google chrome just to try to fix the problem. 

 

Can anyone help??

Have you tried IE ("Internet Explorer") as the browser to do this?

 

I know this is a pain, but could you copy/paste this link into a IE browser window?

I am having the same problem exactly. I have tried in both Safari and Firefox; as I'm on a Mac, IE is not an option.

I'm having the same problem on OSX Lion with Firefox 6 and Chrome. A skype support tech told me in chat that there was no estimate when the service will be fixed. -Marc

I just tried to create accounts in IE 9 in Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac. Didn't work. Marc

Creating buiness accounts is not working for me also.

 

Tried Chrome, FireFox and IE.

 

Goes through the process of creating....then... "The following 0 accounts were created"

 

Very fustrating.

Hello All,

 

I see you are having problems creating new Business users in Skype Manager for your SIP profiles.  Here in the Skype Enterprise Support Team, we have created a JIRA Trouble Ticket (SIPTSOB-371) to address this problem with our Skype Engineers (the smart guys...).  We should hear something in the next 72 hours on this and one of our team members will post an answer for you here.  You can also log into your Skype Manager and contact us via Live Chat and you can ask for a status update on that ticket.  We'll talk to you soon.

Can you please update heartbeat.skype.com with this the status on this bug? It's currently reporting "All working normally" for "Your Account and Payments". Marc

I'm really getting irritated that something so basic still doesn't work, and there doesn't seem to be much concern about fixing it. Yesterday, when I went to the chat feature and asked for an update on JIRA Trouble Ticket (SIPTSOB-371), I got fobbed off with the ticket isn't old enough to have any information (clearly they didn't even bother to check). Further, I was told to check here, instead, à la "don't call us, we'll call you", where's there's been no official activity or update of any kind for at least a day.

 

This is pretty basic; I create accounts so I can allocate credits, which causes me to buy more, which is one way Skype makes money. So, since I can't even create an account, I guess that sort of makes me wonder if you guys are really in business or not?
