Caller ID when member of Skype Manager

Is there a way I can add caller ID when I'm a member of Skype Manager? Or is there a way the administrator can do this? I can see that this is not an option in my account now.

You can set a mobile phone number as caller Id.

From the Skype client software panel, chose menu options:

Skype-->account-->Call phones tab

I still read and try to understand this. I find this in the user manual: 

6.5.5 Setting up Online Numbers as Caller Id

Does this mean that you need to have an online number to add a caller ID to a member of Skype Manager? See screen shot above; cannot see how a member can set caller ID himself.

It works as described with my users registered on Skype Manager. Maybe they were set up before Skype introduced the restrictions on how Skype Manager users were invited to the group.

Wow frustrating is right. Why does this work for normal accounts and not business accounts.
