We need to make 5,000 thousand minutes a month with two service reps (this would be more than 100 minutes a day). Is there a Skype Business option for calls made from Puerto Rico to Peru? We have a PBX with the SIP enable option. Can Skype Enterprise provide this service? We would also need the pricing for Peru.

Unfortunately Skype Connect ( Skype for SIP ) does not support Skype personal calling packages. So your best option is to base costs on the per minute rate.

Skype calls are based on where you calling not where you are. In your case a call to Peru will be 8.2c/min US Dollars, Peru Lima is 3.1c/min US Dollars and Peru Mobiles are 31.5c/min.

The good thing about Skype Connect is there is no connection fee. However, The minimum duration of a billed Skype Connect call is 30 seconds. After the first 30 seconds, Skype Connect calls are billed at increments of 6 seconds thereafter. Fractions of less than 6 seconds will be rounded up.

If you could get your two service reps to use standard Skype on their screens then you could get them an unlimited Peru personal subscription each for $19.99 per rep. This would be subject to a fair usage limit of 10,000 minutes per user per month, with a maximum of 6 hours per day. No more than 50 different numbers in total can be called per day. Also,this would not include mobiles.
