AVAYA IPOffice cannot dial a number through skype sip trunk

Hello,

  I am trying to setup skype sip trunk into an AVAYA IPOffice 500 v2.

  I sucessfully configured the sip trunk and everything seems to be ok.

     [SIP user successfully registered at sip.skype.com]

  Problem is when I try to stablish outgoing call through the trunk, I get the following messages when tracing the call;

12/04/13 21:04:17-414ms  Line = 18, Channel = 1, SIP Message = Invite, Call Ref = 1, Direction = From Switch, From = 99051000206834@sip.skype.com, To = sip.skype.com

12/04/13 21:04:17-593ms  Line = 18, Channel = 1, SIP Message = Response, Call Ref = 1, Direction = To Switch, From = 99051000206834@sip.skype.com, To = sip.skype.com, Response = 100 Trying

12/04/13 21:04:17-600ms  Line = 18, Channel = 1, SIP Message = Response, Call Ref = 1, Direction = To Switch, From = 99051000206834@sip.skype.com, To = sip.skype.com, Response = 404 Not Found

12/04/13 21:04:17-602ms  Line = 18, Channel = 1, SIP Message = Ack, Call Ref = 1, Direction = From Switch, From = 99051000206834@sip.skype.com, To = sip.skype.com

12/04/13 21:04:17-602ms  Call Ref = 1, Originator State = Dialling, Type = User, Destination State = Clearing, Type = Trunk

12/04/13 21:04:17-602ms  Call Ref = 1, Disconnect from Destination End

Could you please help?

Could you advice me about the ports to be opened etc to be sure of router/firewall configuration?

Thanks a lot.

B R,

 Alfred.
