Log into your account on the Skype web page, go to Skype To Go, and change your PIN to the 4-digit number you think it should be. Then try again from the same phone.
Have you tried using your Skype To Go number from other phones? Are you able to get through the verification process, including PIN, to make calls? If the PIN is correct, and you are able to get through from other phones, it is possible there is an issue with the phone you're using at your work.
