Skype to go: can't hear sound from the other side

Hi All, 

I use skype to go to call Thailand from the UK (from London to be specific). At first it worked fine for couple of months. But since November, when I make a call, it either not ring at all or ring and when the other side recieved there is no sound from the other side. 

Can anyone suggest any solution?

Hello,

Our technicians have informed me that there are significant quality problems with our Thai providers due to the recent flooding in the Bangkok area.

Unfortunately there is little we can do at the moment.

I have the exact same problem, but am calling from Arizona USA to Herning Denmark. No flooding here nor there.

Please advice.

We see some problematic short calls on Dec 21st but on 22nd all seems normal again.

Please confirm.

I've been having the opposite problem calling to Thailand (Skype To Go),

I can hear them fine, but people I call cannot hear me, although it sometimes

resolves if I call again.

To be frank, I also still have Vonage, and now, and throughout the last few months,

even during the floods, have never had that problem.

I have to admit the quality of calls is very good once a good connection is made,

but getting a good connection seems to be very hit or miss so far.

I call from Florida ,USA to Estonia and there is no sound on the other side ,they can hear me but im not

I call from US to Poland on the regular basis. For the last few weeks I have had the same issue. Most recently last Saturday, 01/05/13, I tried calling 4-5 times with Skype To Go number. Every time, I could hear the recipient, but they couldn't hear me. When I called directly from Skype I didn't have this issue.
