Skype to Go cannot work in Syndey, Australia

Dear support and all,

I have a skype to go number and calling from Sydney to Hong Kong worked very good from Vadafone mobile service. But today Vafafone called me and said "Skype To Go" local call number (starts with "8") treat as an international call from Skype to Hong Kong, and i am getting $500 AUD bill for 2 weeks now.

Can anyone answer and help me?
