Pin number recognition

Same problem here - i have tried repeated to reset the pin but keep getting message that the pin is not recognised ...

I guess skype just does not want our money

You can set a new PIN at any time in your STG settings in your account:
http://www.skype.com/go/togo.setup

Thanks - However the problem is not the pin.

I have reset it many many times - it keeps getting rejected by the verification process.

P.S. Apologies for hijacking other thread - however i thought it would be useful if similar problems were grouped if no solution was yet present.

You can try setting your PIN to something different. You may have a PIN that is currently unsupported, such as ones that start with '0'. There is currently a known issue that users are not told when unsupported PINs are entered.

OMG --- I think that you nailed it! Let me try this and will post back but indeed my pin was starting with a "0"
