Can't access skype to go number from last 15 mins

Hi, i have a few skype to go numbers registered on my cell phone, but i was using one of them around half an hour back and then suddenly it stopped after few minutes when i tried to call..now i can't seem to dial any of the skype to go numbers, it says network busy...what is happening can anyone advise me?

I recommend that you always run the latest software version: Windows & Mac
