Call skype to go: Ring once and Dead

Whenever I try to call my skype number and try to receive it on my iphone using skype to go, it rings once and then the call ends.  

I live in the 601 area code.  If this service is dead, you should let your consumers know before they purchase this.  If this issue cannot be resolved, I would like a refund.
