Busy Every Time

My one and only skype to go number will no longer go through.  Every time I attempt to call number it says that the skype to go number is currently busy.  It is a Chilean based contact, however I live in the states and obviously the skype to go number is a local number... not sure what is going on.  Any feedback is much appreciated. Thx in advance. 

P.S.  I've already tried deleting and setting up new skype to go number for contact... didn't work.

Is there any chance that there might be a problem with the Chilean number that you are trying to reach. Could you try calling it over a normal (non-skype to go) line and confirm that the number is ringing out correctly?

It's not only to Chile, I am calling Monterrey Mexico and have the same problem.  It started out working fine but within days I kept getting "skype number is busy".  ALL day???? and since a week ago everyday.  Have not got in ONE single call via THREE different skype numbers.  I love Skype, but I'm almost ready to try to get my money back...they promised a service they have not yet delivered.  If anyone has had a positive response from Skype please let us know.  I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem.

I got skype just for this service almost two weeks ago to call China and it still doesn't work..
