It doesn't appear that the 01252 UK area code is one that Skype has numbers available. If Skype doesn't list it, you can't get a number in that area, unfortunately.

You get some options to selecting a number when you go to purchase an Online Number. If it isn't listed by Skype, you can't get it. Skype works with partners around the world for the Online Numbers, and generally has no control over what numbers are available to Skype users.
