I keep getting messages that my online number is expiring, but my world subscription has 3 online numbers included ( I only use 1).
When I try to extend the number the following warning pops up:
Before you continue, your current subscription includes 1 Online Number(s) which you haven't activated yet.
We recommend you activate those before trying to purchase another Online Number outside of your subscription.
I don't want to activate another number, but want to keep using my old number. I also don't want to pay for an extension as it should be included in my subscription.
Can anyone tell me what to do?
