I was on a voice call on my lappy, having a firend from TX (I'm elsewhere) trying to remotely reinstall skype on my desktop pc, the call got lost, and somehow wiped all my contacts out irretrievable, and I try changing pw ( I have short-term memory problems) and the skype system acknowledges the change, but then won't let me back in
