Can anyone tell me how to port my brazilian number?

I do not speak portugese/brazilian. I do not know what the acronym RG and CPF stands for.

RG is registry general = Nacional ID
CPF is register of individual person = it is a number to obtain credit and/or keep history of your credit
Only Brazilian citizen can have it

This means that there are no chans to port Skype brazilian online number for non brazilians?

I think the Brazil goverment is allowing only Brazilian citizens to have Brazilian phone numbers.

Que!? I have my old brazilian Skype number that I want to port and continue to use instead of my new one. Isn´t the whole tread about this!?

Thank you for all the information.

I have sent the form and on October 6th I got an automatic reply saying that the form has been received.

However, I haven't heard from Skype or GT Group since then.

Do we get any confirmation saying that everything is settled?

If not, how do we know that our old number has been ported?

Duno. Skype doesn't provide any phone to contact them.

If anyone has Skype phone number can you share with us?

I received same Skype e-mail with possibility of portability of my Brazilian phone number, but no information how to do.
I'm interested to port my old number and still waiting for a Skype solution.

I want to thank everyone for all the helpful information.  I filled out the form and summited it today.  Well within the "30 days from today" as stated in the email from Skpye which was dated October 5th.  But I received the following email back from GT:

Skype User:

The deadline for application porting your old number online (Transit Telecom) ended October 25, 2011.
