I have an account (personal) where I bought Online number.
I would like to create new account for my company.
Can I transfer this Online number to the new subscription?
I succsesfuly run both primiry and secondary at same time:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe /secondary
Unfortunately Skype doesn't offer a phone support.
And I'm sorry to inform you that transferring Skype producto from one account to another is not possible.
What you can do is to try requesting a refund from Customer Service and puchase a new number on other account (you will not be able to buy the same number, as it will be reserved for your first account for 90 days).
At this point I cannot guarantee that you will receive a refund.
Customer Service will inform you if you are eligible for that.
