I am trying to reach someone to reactiave my account and now I am given the error message that "Unfortunely you are not able to purchase products or redeem credits at this time. Please contact us regarding your account status"

I am also having issues with this, I am trying to reactive my phone number but it seems that the page is not working, every time i click i get the page not found .. I need to reactive my phone number as soon as possible.
