Reactivating my online number

I am trying to reach someone to reactiave my account and now I am given the error message that "Unfortunely you are not able to purchase products or redeem credits at this time. Please contact us regarding your account status"

NormanM your answer is not acceptable. I am having similar issue. We just bought our skype online number and we are getting collection calls to someone living in Atlanta GA. Skype does not have a live customer service you have to be their Premium customer. We are already spending 30-40$ month on top of the subscription charge. Is there a respect to your feeding customer???

I am also having issues with this, I am trying to reactive my phone number but it seems that the page is not working, every time i click i get the page not found .. I need to reactive my phone number as soon as possible.
