I can call other phones from skype and they get my number on the display but they cannot call me from cellphone to skype. It is more then 2 hours since my account was activated.

I am having the same issue. When I call the number, it says it is not in service.
Did this issue resolve for you? I don't care if it takes a day to kick in, I just want to know there is not an issue.
