My German online number has voicemail activated correctly but all unanswered calls to this number result in a busy signal after 15 seconds. Unanswered calls to my skype ID do go to voicemail.
I have signed out and signed in. I have deselected voicemail and reselected it. I have recorded new greetings. Nothing will activate voicemail for this number. This is business critical.
Can anyone tell me how to get it activated for the online number?
