My skype number si shown as "busy" to the caller (when its not). Actually many people have this problem.
The following solution fixes the problem for a couple of minutes but thats it.
If you purchased Online Number and it's not working then follow these steps:
1) Make sure number is active and delivered on your account page:

2) Ensure you have set up privacy settings correctly as shown here:

3) If number is dialed correctly and it is still not working then contact customer servicehttps://support.skype.com/faq/FA1170
Tip: It helps if you have following info:
- failed call date/time
- phone number you made the call from
