Ok I need a US Number (Online Number) that will forward to a UK Mobile... is this possible ?
Basically I have a service in the US that needs to contact to a US phone number (only) so if I got a Online Number, could I do it so it was a US number, but then have it forward to a UK mobile number ?
Yes, you can do that.
You would purchase the Online Number, then have Skype Credit or a subscription that covers calling to UK mobiles to pay for the call going to your UK mobile number.
Also if it is possible... what sort of charge would their be per minute ?

Calling to a UK mobile with Skype Credit costs 25.9 US cents/minutes, plus the connect fee.

Skype does not have any subscriptions covering unlimited calls to UK mobile phones, but has plans to cover up to 400 minutes/month.
