My online number subscription

Hi Got a message saying I need to extend my online number subscription. Looked everywhere on skype to extend the subscription but no luck. Last year this was paid automatically when it was due as long as there was enough money in my account, will the same happen this year as my subscription runs out in September

Hi Tony,

Your Online Number is linked to your subscription, therefore there is no action required from your side until you keep your UK calling subscription.

Your Unlimited UK subscription is scheduled to extend September 22, 2011 and if you have enough credit on your Skype account it will extend with your Online Number.

Hi,

I have a business which uses 4 Skype numbers. The online number for the main office number is not working. How do I resolve this ? Auto charge is set to ON and there is plenty of credit in the account.
