I have reached out to Skype for technical support many times but have not heard back. Now, I receive an email telling me "Your Online Number will expire on 2012-02-27". I am not going to renew it unless this issue is fixed. Additionally, I would like a credit for my original purchase because it never worked. Skype representative, please personal message me and I will give you my telephone number to troubleshoot this properly. This has been an issue since I purchased the number and I would like this fixed ASAP.
go to your account through web then click on call phones tab - there you will see display caller id or set caller id clicl on that --- then pick saved numbers ---- from drop down menu find your number save it then it should show up in your call phones tab
