Multiple Online Numbers Forwarded to Different Phones

I have two online numbers and would like to forward calls to separate phones. In other words, Online Number A should be forwarded to Lan-Line A and Online Number B should be forwarded to Lan-Line B. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
