Inbound Calls Failing for over an hour now

All inbound calls are failing. I have purchased a specific number from Skype for daily use, it has been working fine for the past 3 months, was working fine this morning. Now, all callers are hearing a busy signal or line disconnect message. My subscription doesn't end for months. Where is my service? I have rebooted my computer twice to no avail. What's going on and when will we be back online?  Someone from Skype needs to respond. Thank you.

I'm getting the same problem. Using Skype to Skype works fine, but calling into my phone number isn't happening.

Hope Skype is on the job- This is a really inconvenient time to miss calls!

callers cannot get through on my skype number. I've had the problem since last night. in Calif. I thought Skype was great until now. I've been trying to get to customer service for about an hour. Why won't they respond???
