I just paid $60 for one year of service (three days ago),

but it hasn't worked yet. Then I found this page and

it looks like a system wide problem. How do I get a

refund? I paid for a service that doesn't work!

It i January 23 am   we are in Nc   I cannot use the video call - it says unavailable   does anyone know why that is happening

I just called my bank to disput the charges.

What do I have to do to get a human reply to my issue?
