I can't find my online number after order.

Hi,
I'm at the moment in Canada and I ordered a online number for Germany but it doesn't show anywhere. The payment was 2 days ago and I got a confirmation. Why can't I find my online number? In the past it worked very well...

same here only 4 days ago, payment went through, got the receipt but no number what so ever - 4days is longer than 6hrs
