How to change Caller ID?

When i call a phone my caller id shows up as

Skype User Name

Skype Number

Is there anyway to change my Skype User Name to something a little more friendly?

I would like to know the same thing. However, my caller ID displays as another companies name!

This is NOT helpful. You can only select a NUMBER to display, not change the NAME that is displayed. This needs to be implemented NOW!!!!
