Skype does not have Belgian Online Numbers. Click on "Online number" below to see a list of countries where you can purchase Online Numbers. Note that there is a residency requirement for some Online Numbers.
For pricing to call Pakistan, you have two options. If you pay for each call with Skype Credit, click on "Pay as you go" below to see per-call pricing with Skype. If you want to purchase a subscription, click on "Subscriptions" and enter Pakistan on that page to see Skype's offerings on a monthly or yearly basis.
