Extended our online number 4 days ago but still not working.

I extened our online number a few days ago, but other people are still telling us that our number is not showing up correct and it is in fact a different number all together showing up on their caller id. I thank you in advance for any help.

Me too, where the hell is the tec support, cannot find a phone number or email! very frustrating!
