Call forwarding

I have an online number and call forwarding. When I'm offline calls are transfered to my mobile but when I'm online they still come to my PC. How can I set it to transfer to my mobile even when I'm online?

When I am online both my PC and mobile phone rings at the same time. So I can answer from either device.
